In most circumstances, it is your best interest to report all claims to our office. As your agent, we can answer any questions you may have and guide you through the claim process.

However if you have a serious claim that requires immediate assistance after hours you may contact the insurance company directly. Prior to calling, please have your policy number and claim details available for the claim adjuster. The insurance carrier will forward a copy of your claim report to our office.
